Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], August 11: LifeCell International, one of India’s integrated diagnostics and preventive healthcare companies, has entered into a strategic partnership with Shraddha Diagnostics to expand access to advanced and specialised diagnostic services across Gujarat.
The partnership combines Shraddha Diagnostics’ established regional presence, clinician relationships and expertise in routine diagnostics with LifeCell’s scientific capabilities, specialised diagnostic portfolio and technology-enabled laboratory infrastructure. Together, the organisations will operate the Gujarat business under the Shraddha LifeCell entity.
With Shraddha Diagnostics’ existing network of six laboratories and four centres across Ahmedabad and Surat, the partnership will provide access to a combined portfolio of approximately 4,500 diagnostic tests, covering routine pathology as well as specialised areas including genomics, oncology, transplant and IVF diagnostics.
Together, LifeCell and Shraddha Diagnostics aim to extend their diagnostic services across the entire state of Gujarat, enabling clinicians and patients to access a broader range of diagnostic capabilities through an integrated regional platform.
The partnership will focus on strengthening diagnostic quality and accessibility, expanding the specialised test portfolio, enhancing technology and digital capabilities, and improving the overall experience for patients, clinicians and healthcare partners.

The combined platform will enable the organisations to serve a wider geography and provide clinicians and patients across Gujarat with access to an expanded diagnostic test menu.
