Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) [India], August 4 (ANI): Mohanlal’s daughter Vismaya Mohanlal is set to make her acting debut with the film ‘Thudakkam’. The makers have released the trailer of the movie on Tuesday.
The trailer offers a glimpse into an intense family thriller, which is directed by Jude Anthany Joseph. The film is produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas.
The one-and-a-half-minute trailer opens with the introduction of Vismaya’s character Meenu in a picturesque hill village.
Living a peaceful and happy life with her father, portrayed by Sai Kumar, Meenu’s world reflects the warmth and simplicity showcased in the film’s recently released song, set against Kerala’s breathtaking landscapes.
The trailer soon takes a tense turn as mysterious intruders invade their home, throwing Meenu and her father into a frightening ordeal. While keeping the central mystery under wraps, the trailer offers enough suspense to spark curiosity about the events that unfold.

Apart from Vismaya, the film also stars Dinesh Prabhakar, Jaffer Idukki, Kottayam Ramesh, Jibin Gopinath, Sivadas Kannur, Jeys Jose, Jayakurup, Ashwini Vijayan and T. G. Ravi in key roles.
The screenplay has been penned by Lineesh Nellickal, Akhil Krishna and Jude Anthany Joseph. Jakes Bejoy has composed the music, while Akhil George and Jomon T. John handle the cinematography. Dr Emil Vincent and Dr Aneesha Antony serve as the executive producers.
