New Delhi [India], July 10: BlueRose is proud to announce the release of a thought-provoking new book by Sridhar Rammurthy, The Supreme Cipher: The Stellar Algorithm of Dyu. Some books entertain, while others inspire readers to look beyond the obvious and uncover deeper truths. In The Supreme Cipher: The Stellar Algorithm of Dyu, Sridhar Rammurthy presents a compelling blend of mythology, philosophy, and fiction, inviting readers to decode the timeless wisdom hidden within India’s ancient scriptures and discover fresh perspectives on purpose, leadership, and inner transformation.
For Sridhar Rammurthy, writing is not simply a creative pursuit–it is the fulfillment of a lifelong mission to reconnect contemporary readers with the timeless strategic wisdom embedded in India’s ancient scriptures. Through his books, he seeks to demonstrate that texts such as the
Ramayana, Mahabharata, Bhagavad Gita, and Sri Vishnu Sahasranama are not merely religious works but enduring guides to leadership, decision-making, and personal transformation.
Born in the spiritually significant city of Kashi, Sridhar grew up surrounded by an atmosphere of sacred traditions, philosophical inquiry, and cultural richness. His upbringing in a Madhwa Sampradaya household, inspired by the teachings of Sri Madhwacharya, encouraged both devotion and intellectual curiosity. He credits his late father, G. Rammurthy, as a guiding influence whose calm demeanour, unwavering principles, and commitment to dharma and his mother Mrs. Prema Rammurthy for the countless stories that shaped his outlook about the world and dharma in general.
While deeply rooted in spirituality, Sridhar also built an impressive corporate career spanning over 25 years. He has held senior leadership positions at some of India’s leading insurance and consulting organizations, including Reliance Nippon Life, Axis Max Life, PwC India’s Insurance Advisory, ING Life, Tata AIA and ITC Hotels. An alumnus of the UCLA Anderson School of Management, he has successfully combined strategic business expertise with India’s scriptural heritage, creating a distinctive approach to leadership development.
Although his books took approximately a year each to complete, Sridhar explains that the ideas behind them have been evolving for more than two decades. The leadership frameworks presented in his works were developed, refined, and tested extensively in corporate boardrooms, leadership workshops, and executive coaching sessions before they found their way onto the printed page.
His love for storytelling began in childhood through his mother’s captivating stories, the beloved Amar Chitra Katha comics, and the televised epics Ramayana and Mahabharata. However, his transformation from reader to author began around 2010, when he started systematically exploring how ancient Indian wisdom could address modern management challenges. Years of research, documentation, and practical application eventually led him to structure these insights into books.
This vision first took shape in Itihaas: A Performance Model for Modern Leadership, a corporate leadership guide (published by Rupa Publications) that extracts practical management principles from India’s great epics. Rather than treating these scriptures as purely religious literature, the book presents them as powerful frameworks for ethical leadership, strategic thinking, capability development, and purpose-driven decision-making.
His latest work, The Supreme Cipher: The Stellar Algorithm of Dyu, explores a complementary dimension. Written with a fictional narrative style while grounded in scriptural philosophy, the book invites readers to decode the hidden meanings within the Sri Vishnu Sahasranama and discover deeper insights into personal growth, cosmic archetypes, and spiritual alignment. Serving as an introduction to a larger philosophical journey, it lays the foundation for his upcoming book, The Supreme Alignment, which will further explore the relationship between the Sahasranama and individual Nakshatras.
Through these works, Sridhar hopes readers will move beyond simply reading ancient texts to actively applying their principles in everyday life. Executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals can expect practical leadership models rooted in dharma and strategic clarity, while spiritual seekers can discover analytical tools for resolving internal conflicts and achieving greater mental and emotional alignment.
Beyond writing, Sridhar remains actively engaged as a corporate trainer, executive coach, motivational speaker, and TEDx presenter. He conducts leadership development, strategic thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving programs using Itihaasic storytelling as a powerful learning methodology. Drawing upon his extensive experience in the insurance sector, he also teaches specialized courses through the Insurance Institute of India, continuing to shape future industry professionals.
Writing, for Sridhar, is an ongoing journey rather than a destination. Alongside expanding the Itihaas leadership framework, he continues to develop The Supreme series, remaining committed to exploring the intersection of ancient Indian wisdom, modern management, spirituality, and fiction.
Reflecting on his own journey, he offers simple yet profound advice to aspiring authors: never lose sight of your purpose. A meaningful book, he believes, demands deep research, rigorous questioning, real-world validation, and an authentic connection to the subject. Writers should strive not merely to inform but to create work that transforms readers.
His message to readers is equally compelling. He encourages people to approach India’s ancient scriptures with both reverence and curiosity, seeing them as living frameworks rather than static religious texts. Whether navigating the complexities of the corporate world or searching for personal clarity, he believes that the answers already exist within India’s rich intellectual heritage–we simply need to learn how to decode the cipher.
